Terms of service
Effective 2 November 2026. Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Tarasov Svyatoslav (TIN 20158819, Reg. No. 286.1566062, 40 Sayat-Nova Street, Yerevan, Armenia).
1. The service
Maps Lead Finder finds and enriches public information about local businesses from Google Maps (via DataForSEO) and the businesses' own websites, scores it and exports it. Results can be incomplete or out of date; we do not guarantee accuracy or any sales outcome.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and must be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys secret; revoke them in your account if exposed.
3. Plans and payment
Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions sold by PayPro Global, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, under its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time from your account or PayPro's customer portal, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead; they apply from your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; contact businesses in breach of anti-spam and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TCPA and others), including ignoring opt-outs; resell raw data as a data feed; use the service to harass, stalk or profile individuals; circumvent plan limits (for example with multiple free accounts); or use it for anything illegal.
5. Fair use
Plans include daily lead limits and a daily data-cost cap per account to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone.
6. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but may change, suspend or discontinue features. Muse is a separate Meta product; its availability is set by Meta.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
